Ready to put your paid media skills to work for a bigger purpose - scaling brands that are contributing to ending waste in fashion? We're looking for a performance-driven Paid Media Manager to lead the planning, execution and optimisation of multi-channel digital campaigns across Google, Microsoft and Meta platforms. You’ll work across both B2C and B2B channels to support profitable growth across the Teemill business and partner brands, all while helping build a circular, waste-free future for fashion. Key Responsibilities: • Lead day-to-day management of paid media campaigns across Google Ads, Meta, and Microsoft, aligned to ambitious business growth goals • Manage £1.5m+ annual media budgets and forecasting to ensure efficient, profitable spend • Build and optimise campaigns across search, shopping, display, video, and paid social - including audience targeting, keyword research, ad copywriting, and creative strategy • Set up and manage Google Merchant Centre (including multi-store, multi-currency feeds) • Analyse campaign performance and report insights using GA4 and Looker Studio, and share learnings biweekly and quarterly • Identify new growth opportunities, campaign strategies, and testing ideas to improve performance and efficiency • Collaborate with internal teams and external client partners to share performance insights and campaign ideas • Support development of paid media best practices and stay up to date with platform changes and industry trends • Explore and integrate AI tools and automation to drive innovation across campaign management and reporting What We're Looking For: Experience • 3+ years managing paid media campaigns (across Google & Meta as a minimum) - ideally in an agency or fast-paced in-house environment • Proven experience managing budgets of £100k+ • Experience across B2C ecommerce and B2B lead gen accounts • Hands-on with Google Merchant Centre, GA4, Looker Studio, and large data sets in Excel/Sheets • Strong grasp of attribution modelling and performance analysis Skills & Traits • Exceptional attention to detail and organisational skills • Confident communicator with the ability to prioritise and multitask • Analytical mindset with a passion for continuous improvement • Enthusiasm for new tools, technologies, and the evolving paid media landscape • A genuine interest in sustainability and the circular economy Qualifications • Nice to have but not essential; Degree (2:1 or above) in a Marketing, Business, or related field
