Position: Paid Media Manager Type: Full-Time (Hybrid) Salary: Competitive, based on experience Start Date: 1st Sept 2025 Job Description: We are seeking an experienced and motivated Paid Media Manager with a love of keeping up to date with in-market trends to join our talented team. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in managing paid social ads across Meta and TikTok platforms, as well as expertise in paid search and inventory across Google Ads. You will be responsible for developing, implementing and optimising paid media campaigns across various platforms to drive engagement, conversions and support business goals for our diverse portfolio of clients. Key Responsibilities: β€’ Develop, manage and optimise paid media campaigns across Meta, TikTok, LinkedIn and YouTube. β€’ Assist with the planning and execution of digital advertising strategies across multiple channels and a number of international markets. β€’ Manage budgets effectively to maximise return and advise on allocation. β€’ Oversee paid search campaigns on Google Ads, ensuring they meet performance KPIs and successfully achieving campaign goals. β€’ Manage various digital ad platforms including LinkedIn and YouTube leveraging their unique capabilities to reach target audiences. β€’ Monitor and analyse campaign performance data, making data-driven decisions to enhance in-market audience response effectiveness. β€’ Collaborate with creative teams to develop compelling ad creatives and messaging. β€’ Provide regular performance reports to clients and internal stakeholders, highlighting key insights and recommendations. β€’ Stay updated with industry trends, best practices, and platform updates to ensure our strategies are cutting-edge. Required Skills and Experience: β€’ Minimum of 3 years experience in paid media management. β€’ Proven experience with paid social ads on Meta and TikTok. β€’ Proficiency in managing paid search ads on platforms such as Google Ads. β€’ Experience with LinkedIn and YouTube ads. β€’ General knowledge of digital advertising platforms and best practices. β€’ Excellent analytical skills and experience with data-driven decision-making. β€’ In-depth understanding of key metrics used across digital campaigns. β€’ Ability to manage multiple campaigns and projects simultaneously. β€’ Strong communication and collaboration skills. β€’ Experience across ecommerce is an advantage.
