What You’ll Do • Campaign Strategy: Work alongside senior team members, including the Head of Paid Media, to deliver best in class Paid Social and Paid Search buying strategies across a variety of verticals and media objectives, with an emphasis on e-commerce acquisition. • Campaign Management: Activation of Paid Social and Paid Search campaigns; troubleshooting errors and disapprovals; analysis and reporting that informs effective optimisations and crafts valuable insights that contribute to a compelling narrative for clients. • Creative Guidance: Presentation of creative best practices for core platforms to support in-house, and client-side, content teams to produce effective ad content. • Client & Partner Engagement: Manage and build relationships with clients and partners to improve performance, grow ad spend and benefit the agency. Support on pitches for new business by providing a view on how paid digital channels can serve a client’s marketing objectives from a top line perspective. Core Responsibilities & Expertise • Hands-On Expertise: Excellent technical knowledge of core platforms (Google, Meta, TikTok, etc.), including campaign set up, troubleshooting of errors, different targeting mechanisms and activation of exciting and innovative ad content. • Cross-Vertical Experience: Experience working with variety of different client types, including e-commerce; knowledge of what solutions are most apt for different clients; ability to sell those solutions to the client. • Data-Driven Innovation: Develop testing methodologies to enhance client strategies and maximise performance metrics like CPA and ROAS. • Advanced Analytics: Comfortable in understanding and set up of basic tracking options and attribution models; can speak to clients and partners about these subjects with confidence. • Confident Communication: Strong written English and the ability to craft a compelling narrative relevant to a client’s marketing objectives when reporting; confident and articulate when presenting to clients, with the ability to get buy-in to innovative ideas. • Marketing Mastery: Strong knowledge of wider marketing theory; understanding of the marketing funnel and what paid metrics best facilitate the entrance and exit of each stage of that funnel. Including an adequate understanding of landing page UX and creative best practices • Time Management & Motivations: Excellent organisational and time management skills; data-driven and curious.
