You’ll take the lead on high-impact campaigns for established eCommerce brands and have the opportunity to broaden your skills beyond paid media into strategic digital disciplines. The role offers a hybrid setup with only one day per week required in the Manchester city centre office. Key Responsibilities: • Manage and optimise paid media campaigns across Google Ads and Meta for premium eCommerce clients • Deliver insightful reporting and actionable recommendations to stakeholders • Collaborate with the team to develop cross-channel digital strategies • Support expansion into areas such as email marketing, analytics, and strategic planning • Contribute to refining service offerings and shaping the future of the agency Essential Experience: • Minimum 2 years managing paid social and search campaigns across Meta and Google Ads • Proven track record of performance optimisation in eCommerce settings • Hands-on experience working with eCommerce brands or platforms • Strong analytical skills with the ability to draw insights from data • Must be based within approximately 1 hour of Manchester and able to attend the office once per week Salary: £30,000 - £32,000
