PAID MEDIA SPECIALIST  - eCommerce Paid Media Specialist to manage and scale campaigns across Google Ads, Meta, TikTok, and Pinterest ONLINE FASHION BRAND CENTRAL MANCHESTER FULL TIME HEAD OFFICE BASED ROLE Join our clients team at an exciting time, as they experience rapid growth across their brands and as a company. Role Overview: We’re looking for a performance-focused eCommerce Paid Media Specialist to manage and scale campaigns across Google Ads, Meta, TikTok, and Pinterest. You’ll be responsible for driving profitable growth across multiple digital channels, helping DTC brands and eCommerce businesses hit their revenue and acquisition targets through strategic media buying and continuous optimisation. Key Responsibilities: ● Plan, build, and optimise high-performing campaigns across Google Ads (Search, Shopping, Performance Max), Meta Ads, TikTok Ads, and Pinterest Ads. ● Execute full-funnel campaign strategies aligned to eCommerce goals like revenue, ROAS, CPA, and new customer acquisition. ● Manage daily operations including keyword research, audience segmentation, bid strategies, negative keyword filtering, and creative testing. ● Optimise campaigns using data-driven insights: A/B testing, attribution analysis, and budget pacing. ● Collaborate with creative and content teams to develop scroll-stopping ad assets tailored to each platform. ● Monitor and report on campaign performance across all channels, translating data into clear insights and growth recommendations. ● Stay ahead of platform changes, algorithm updates, and emerging ad formats to ensure campaigns remain competitive. ● Proactively suggest and test new growth opportunities including retargeting, upsell flows, and seasonal strategies. Requirements: ● 4+ years proven experience, preferably with a similar fashion brand, managing paid media campaigns for eCommerce brands, across both Google Ads (Search, Shopping, PMax) and Paid Social platforms (Meta, TikTok, Pinterest). ● Strong analytical mindset with hands-on experience using Google Analytics, GA4, Meta Business Suite, and platform-specific Ads Managers. ● Deep knowledge of campaign structure, bidding strategies, conversion tracking, and pixel/event setups. ● Track record of improving ROAS, lowering CPA, and scaling profitable media spend. ● Strong reporting and communication skills — able to clearly present performance insights to clients or stakeholders. ● Excellent time and project management skills to juggle multiple accounts or campaigns effectively. ● Experience working in a DTC, brand-side, or agency performance marketing environment.
