What makes us different: • We run at scale, spending up to £250k a day across channels • We’ve built an in-house UGC and production studio to fuel creative testing • Our team of 30+ performance marketers, copywriters and creatives work together under one roof to deliver results The Role We’re looking to recruit two Paid Social Specialists to join the team. This is a hands-on role focused on campaign management, not team leadership. You’ll be setting up, managing and optimising campaigns across Meta (Facebook/Instagram) and TikTok as a core requirement, with opportunities to work on other platforms. The focus is execution and performance: launching campaigns, testing creative, optimising daily and driving results from significant budgets. You’ll work closely with our creative and analytics teams to ensure campaigns perform at their best. What We’re Looking For • Experience managing high-spend paid social campaigns, particularly across Meta and TikTok • Strong optimisation skills and an analytical approach to performance • Confidence working with data, testing funnels, audiences and creative • Agency or in-house experience in a performance-driven environment • Nice to have: exposure to email marketing and native advertising What’s On Offer • Salary up to £50k DOE • Generous bonuses, with more than £25k paid out to the team last year • Four days a week in our Altrincham penthouse offices (two minutes from the station) • Friday team socials • The chance to work with a high-calibre team in one of the UK’s fastest growing performance agencies
