We're looking for a motivated, detail-oriented intern to join our Paid Social team. As a Paid Performance Assistant, you’ll work closely with our in-house specialists to support campaign setup and execution across Meta, TikTok & X Ads. This is a great opportunity to build hands-on experience in e-commerce advertising, learn from an experienced team, and develop key technical and organisational skills. Location: Hybrid/Shoreditch, London UK Proposed Salary: London Living Wage £27,000 Pro-Rata Per Annum / £13.85 per hour Eligibility: Applicants must have the right to work in the UK; we are unable to provide visa sponsorship for this internship. Working Hours: Flexible internship is available either full-time or part-time, depending on your availability. Full-time is 38.5 hours per week. For part-time roles, we ask for a minimum commitment of 4 hours per day, Mon-Fri during core UK business hours. Responsibilities Campaign Support: • Assist with setting up paid social campaigns using internal templates. • Help implement campaign structures and naming conventions. • Upload and organise creative assets for live campaigns. • Support the configuration of campaign settings according to team guidance. Quality Assurance & Organisation: • Assist with tracking link implementation (UTMs) and verifying accuracy. • Conduct QA checks alongside senior team members before campaigns go live. • Keep campaign documentation clear, consistent, and up to date. • Supporting the team in meeting campaign KPIs and delivering high-performance results. Administrative & Communication: • Follow defined workflows for campaign builds and reporting. • Track daily setup progress and communicate updates to the team. • Help maintain digital folders and creative asset libraries. Requirements: • Available for a minimum of 4 hours daily overlap with core UK business hours. • Excellent attention to detail and strong organisational skills. • Interest in e-commerce, fashion, or retail is a plus. • Clear written English and confident communication style. • Reliable internet connection and a quiet working environment. Preferred, but not essential: • Familiarity with Meta Ads Manager (some hands-on experience or relevant coursework/projects preferred). • Experience or qualification in a marketing / advertising field.
