Role description
Must-Haves:
2-3 years of experience in a similar role where they have been responsible for paid search campaign pacing metrics, diagnose what's wrong on a campaign, and recommend corrections to ensure the campaign is performing well.
Experience working with Search Ads 360 (SA 360) or Google/Bing Ad Manager
Bachelor's Degree in Marketing, Business, or comparable fee
Excel (pivot tables and vlookups)
large data sets (100s of lines and columns) – will be researching and combing thru data
Overall tech savviness and have a passion for the social media tech world
Able to work independently and be proactive to find solutions and answers
Day to Day:
The Paid Search Analyst is responsible for supporting the planning of Paid Search Campaigns on Google & Bing. Responsible for executing and optimizing vendor's brand & digital media components of those campaigns. This person will spend their days building out marketing campaigns and pulling data to then upload & create the marketing campaigns in Search Ads 360, Google Ads Manager, and Bing Ads Manager platforms. The strategist will create using the new campaign button, proactively troubleshoot and research what is needed for the campaigns and then post the campaigns based on deadlines. The analyst will be in a vendor facing role and responsible for all areas of campaign management including requirements gathering, solution design, vendor management/coordination. Someone who enjoys using a data driven approach to create a story and finding new ways to optimize time will do well in the role. The person who will thrive best in this role is someone who is not afraid to lean in where needed and willing to take on new challenges.
