£27,000 £34,000 DOE Remote, with one day/month in Sheffield Full-time, MondayFriday, 9am5pm- Flexible hours Were working with a forward-thinking performance agency thats looking for a Paid Search Manager to take the lead on managing and optimising paid campaigns across Google, Bing, and paid social platforms. If youve got strong hands-on experience and a data-driven mindset, this is a great opportunity to join a specialist team doing meaningful work. The Role: As Paid Search Manager, youll take full ownership of your client accounts, planning and delivering paid media campaigns that drive real commercial results. While Google Ads will be your core focus, youll also work across other platforms like Bing and Meta, with opportunities to broaden your skill set across paid social, display, and CRO. This is a role for someone whos confident running campaigns independently, but who also values working collaboratively across a tight-knit team of channel specialists, designers, and strategists. Key Responsibilities: • Plan, launch, and manage campaigns across Google Ads, Bing, and paid social • Monitor performance, analyse data, and continuously optimise for better ROI • Handle day-to-day account management, including calls across a range of UK clients • Present campaign results and strategic insights to clients clearly and confidently • Work closely with internal teams including SEO, creative, and CRO • Stay up to date with platform updates and paid media best practices About You: • 2+ years experience in a similar role, ideally within an agency • Strong working knowledge of Google Ads and paid social platforms • Confident with campaign setup, keyword strategies, bidding, audience targeting, and tracking • Google Ads qualified (or equivalent) • Experience with Meta, Bing, and other paid media channels is a bonus What Youll Get: • Salary of £27,000 £34,000 depending on experience • Fully remote working, with one in-person team day per month in Sheffield • 20 days holiday + bank holidays + your birthday off • Flexible working and banked hours scheme • Company laptop or desktop provided • Annual bonus and Amazon rewards scheme • A supportive, friendly team environment with opportunities to grow TITL1\_UKTJ
