How You Will Make History Here... • Define and lead a holistic search strategy that goes beyond traditional SEM. • Shape how Campbell’s brands appear where consumers express intent, curiosity, or need. • Integrate paid search into full-funnel experiences across media, PR, retail, and eCommerce. • Champion search as a consumer behavior across platforms—generative AI, social, voice, and video. What You Will Do... • Holistic Search Strategy: Lead integrated search efforts across SEM, social, and emerging AI platforms. • Behavioral Search Thinking: Use consumer insights from keyword and query data to inform creative, media, and brand strategies. • Agency Partnership: Act as the main point of contact with the media agency for planning, execution, and reporting. • Cross-Channel Integration: Collaborate with internal teams to align paid search with broader marketing efforts. • Performance Optimization: Drive campaign performance aligned with KPIs and business goals. • Insights & Innovation: Stay ahead of search trends and pilot new ideas and technologies. • Creative Collaboration: Translate search insights into content and audience strategies. • Measurement & Reporting: Work with analytics and agency teams to deliver actionable performance reports. (Must Have) • 5+ years of experience in paid search or performance media, ideally in CPG, retail, or consumer brands. • Bachelor’s degree. • Expertise in platforms like Google Ads and Microsoft Ads. • Experience leading and managing paid media agency teams. • Strong analytical skills and strategic thinking. • Experience with SEO, eCommerce search, and retail media networks. • Excellent project management and communication skills. • Passion for consumer behavior and digital discovery. It would be nice if you have... (Nice to Have) • Experience with emerging platforms like TikTok, YouTube, Amazon, ChatGPT, and OpenAI. • Understanding of how non-traditional search behaviors influence media strategy. Compensation And Benefits The target base salary range for this full-time, salaried position is between $107,000-$153,900 Individual base pay depends on work location and additional factors such as experience, job-related skills, and relevant education or training. Total pay may include other forms of compensation. In addition, we offer competitive health, dental, 401k and wellness benefits beginning on the first day of employment.
