We have a platform of online certification programs and continuing education courses as well as a rapidly growing app geared towards a wider audience with live & on-demand classes, workshops, courses and series.
The Role
We're looking for a Google Ads Specialist to lead our strategy across the entirety of the Google Ads platform. The role requires somebody with experience managing larger budgets who is technical and data-centric. We're looking for somebody with drive who understands how to connect with our audience in a meaningful way - ideally somebody who's passionate about yoga or wellness.
We are a very close group, and we're looking for somebody who's able to proactively integrate themselves within the team to gain insight on areas like customer behavior/feedback, focus areas, industry trends, product development, etc...
We're looking for somebody who is able to draw from experience while staying on top of the continually changing paid media/search landscape. Candidates should be able to design and implement strategies across a wide range of products and customer profiles.
What You'll Do
β’ Develop and implement comprehensive digital marketing strategies that align with the companyβs objectives.
β’ Oversee and manage all aspects of digital media campaigns across Google Ads
β’ Ongoing data analysis and campaign optimization
β’ Organize, implement & track continual tests to make campaign adjustments as needed.
β’ Conduct thorough research to identify market trends, customer needs, and competitive landscape.
β’ Collaborate with internal teams to develop captivating and effective marketing campaigns.
β’ Analyze user behavior, data and ad metrics to assess the performance of digital campaigns and make data-driven decisions for improvement.
β’ Stay on top of the latest digital marketing tools, technologies and updates.
Who You Are
β’ Experienced: You've demonstrated the ability to scale revenue across Google Ads campaigns with a larger budget for 3+ years.
β’ Technical & Analytical: You're comfortable configuring and testing Google Ads and have a lot of knowledge on attribution and data analysis.
β’ Detail-Oriented: You notice trends and anomalies in the data early, and are continually examining different shades of data to gain a broader picture of what's happening within our ads landscape.
β’ Up-To-Date: You're always testing new formats, targeting options and automation tools. You stay on top of industry trends, algorithm updates, and new technologies.
β’ Collaborative: We're looking for somebody that can integrate naturally within our team and understands the importance of collaboration.
β’ Passionate about Yoga/Wellness: You understand our audience and can connect with them authentically.
