Paid Search Manager | £30k - £40k + Bonus | Remote (hybrid option if preferred)
About The Company:
This is a hands-on role where you’ll take full ownership of paid search performance across a portfolio of ambitious direct-to-consumer (D2C) brands.
The company is a fast-scaling performance marketing agency trusted by eCommerce clients spending thousands per day to drive profitable growth through Google Ads.
As Paid Search Manager, you’ll lead end-to-end campaign delivery, from account setup through to strategy and performance reporting.
Working closely with senior leadership and your clients, you’ll manage significant budgets and make real-time decisions that directly impact ROAS, CAC, and scale.
The role is remote-first, with the flexibility to work from offices in Leeds, London, and Manchester if preferred.
Progression is built into the role, with a clear path to Senior Paid Search Manager in as little as 6-12 months.
Key Responsibilities:
• Manage and optimise Google Ads campaigns across a portfolio of D2C eCommerce brands.
• Build and execute campaigns across Search, Shopping, Performance Max, and YouTube.
• Adjust bids and allocate budgets in real time to maximise ROAS and acquisition efficiency.
• Monitor key performance metrics and lead A/B testing to drive results.
• Own client communications, offering clear insights, updates, and strategy recommendations.
Essential Experience:
• Minimum 2 years' hands-on experience managing Google Ads campaigns, ideally in an agency or high-growth eCommerce brand.
• Proven track record managing large budgets with a focus on ROAS and CAC goals.
• Strong understanding of Shopify, product feeds, and D2C eCommerce funnels.
• Proficiency in GA4, Triple Whale, and keyword research tools.
• Confident communicator with client-facing experience and strategic insight.
