To help with their continued growth they are searching for a Performance Marketing Manager with retail / ecommerce / D2C experience to drive acquisition, revenue and optimise ROI.
The successful candidate will execute paid search strategy across Google Ads, Shopping, Microsoft Ads, and other relevant platforms (Β£multi-million spend). Youβll be responsible for managing a significant annual budget and ensuring that campaigns are high-performing and fully compliant.
The role:
β’ Manage a significant budget across search, shopping & PMAX
β’ Develop and implement data-led PPC strategies to improve CPA, ROAS, and customer lifetime value.
β’ Ensure all campaign activity adheres to policy guidelines
β’ Conduct regular A/B testing on product titles, Images, ad copy, bidding strategies, and landing pages.
β’ Manage daily budgets, bid adjustments, audience targeting, and keyword strategies.
β’ Generate weekly and monthly performance reports with clear insights and recommendations.
