Hybrid (Falmouth office 3 days preferred, flexibility considered e.g. Exeter/Plymouth 1 day weekly/fortnightly)

Key Responsibilities:
• Plan, implement, and optimise PPC campaigns, with a focus on Google Ads.
• Analyse campaign performance and produce actionable insights.
• Collaborate with Account Managers to align activity with client goals.
• Communicate with clients on strategy, performance, and opportunities for growth.
• Contribute to new business proposals and pitches with Paid Media expertise.
Essential Experience:
• Proven track record of managing Google Ads campaigns including search and display.
• Strong analytical skills with the ability to report on and optimise performance.
• Experience in campaign planning and strategy within a digital agency.
• Confident communicator, able to present ideas and results clearly to clients.
• Knowledge of additional platforms such as Meta, TikTok, Microsoft Advertising, or Amazon is advantageous.
Additional Responsibilities (Lead Level):
• Mentor and guide junior team members, supporting their development.
• Act as the primary specialist for key client accounts.
• Troubleshoot complex campaign issues, providing expert solutions.
• Oversee workflow and quality control across Paid Media campaigns.
• Contribute to the evolution of the agency’s Paid Media service offering.
Salary: £30,700 – £34,000 (Strategist) / £34,000 – £38,600 (Lead)
