The Role
Weβre looking for a Paid Social Specialist to join our growing performance team. Youβll be responsible for planning, executing, and optimising paid social campaigns across platforms such as Meta, TikTok, and Pinterest. Youβll play a key role in scaling ecommerce accounts, improving ROAS, and uncovering new opportunities for growth.
Key Responsibilities
β’ Plan, launch, and optimise paid social campaigns with a focus on ecommerce clients.
β’ Manage budgets effectively, ensuring campaigns deliver against KPIs.
β’ Conduct ongoing testing of audiences, creatives, and placements to maximise performance.
β’ Analyse campaign data and produce actionable insights and client-facing reports.
β’ Collaborate with creative and account teams to deliver impactful campaigns.
β’ Stay up to date with platform updates and best practices.
β’ (Optional) Support in Google Ads campaign management β experience here is welcome but not essential.
About You
β’ Proven experience running paid social campaigns, ideally for ecommerce brands.
β’ Strong understanding of Meta Ads Manager and other social ad platforms.
β’ Analytical mindset with the ability to interpret performance data and make optimisations.
β’ Comfortable managing multiple campaigns and client accounts simultaneously.
β’ Strong communication skills, both written and verbal.
β’ Proactive, curious, and keen to test new ideas.
Nice-to-Haves
β’ Experience with Google Ads / PPC.
β’ Knowledge of Shopify or other ecommerce platforms.
β’ Experience with tracking setups (Pixel, GA4, conversion APIs).
