The Opportunity I’m working with a well-established, award-winning marketing agency based in Manchester, currently looking to add a Paid Social Account Manager to their expanding team. This is an exciting chance to join a large, collaborative Paid Social department working on a flagship national retail client. The Role As Paid Social Account Manager, you’ll play a key role in leading and executing social campaigns across platforms such as Meta, TikTok, Pinterest, and more. You’ll act as a strategic partner to the client, ensuring campaigns are not only delivered flawlessly but also perform against key business objectives. Key Responsibilities • Develop and manage end-to-end paid social campaigns, from strategy to execution. • Be the client’s trusted advisor, building strong relationships and ensuring their expectations are consistently exceeded. • Work closely with internal teams including creative, strategy, and analytics to deliver best-in-class campaigns. • Monitor, report on, and optimise campaign performance, using data to inform decisions and spot opportunities. • Stay ahead of platform updates and industry trends, bringing innovation to your work. What We’re Looking For • Minimum 3 years' experience in paid social advertising, ideally within an agency environment. • Solid understanding of platform tools (Meta Ads Manager, TikTok Ads, Pinterest Ads, etc.) and paid social best practices. • Proven experience managing campaigns for large-scale or high-profile clients, ideally in retail or e-commerce. • Strong client-facing skills with the confidence to lead calls, present strategies, and own performance discussions. • Highly organised with excellent attention to detail and a collaborative mindset.
