Role description
We are seeking an innovative and results-driven Paid Social Executive to join our dynamic team. This will be a graduate or someone who has one or two years experience who is keen to learn and grow and in a fast moving and expanding team. You will work closely with our Paid Social Specialists to execute robust performance marketing campaigns across META and TikTok. This role requires passion and a strategic thinker with hands-on experience in digital marketing, excellent analytical skills, and the ability to manage multi-country paid social campaigns. Duties and Responsibilities: β€’ Work with the Paid Social Specialists to execute the company’s performance marketing strategy across multiple countries including UK, EU & DE β€’ Setup and execute retargeting and prospecting paid social ads across Meta and TikTok to Maximise ROAS and customer acquisition β€’ Continuous optimisation of bid strategies, placement types and ad formats across the right demographics (age groups, locations etc) β€’ Help to manage TikTok shop activity in the UK and selected European countries β€’ Work with the eCommerce team to improve user experience and maximise conversion rates β€’ Undertake daily performance analysis and report back to the Paid Social Specialists and Product Marketing Manager on overall performance and trends – creative, copy, targeting etc. β€’ In collaboration with the team, drive creative development and optimisation for paid social activations and ensure channel best practice are kept when creative paid social assets are created β€’ Monitor feeds, UTM tracking, pixels and CAPI integrations to ensure reporting and audience builds are as accurate as possible across regions. β€’ Pull and pivot datasets to analyse paid social channel performance by region fit for weekly trade reports β€’ Own the paid social testing roadmap to improve sales and ROAS Skills / Qualifications: β€’ Degree level - (in marketing, preferably). β€’ Excellent verbal and written communication skills. β€’ Proven experience in a similar role with a keen interest in beauty and lifestyle trends, as well as Brands. β€’ Previous experience in cosmetics is not mandatory, but may be advantageous. β€’ Numerate and analytical with the ability to produce reports and derive valuable insights and analysis. β€’ Commercially astute, proactive and self-starter. β€’ Unafraid to take charge when necessary, be decisive and build support for those decisions. β€’ A confident self-starter with a strong work ethic and strong team building skills. β€’ Excellent knowledge and strong understanding of the digital landscape and trends. β€’ Good and confident communicator with the ability to work across multiple departments.
