Remote (UK-Based) with optional hybrid working in Leeds, London or Manchester
£30,000 to £36,000 + Bonus

Key Responsibilities:
• Plan, launch and optimise Meta and TikTok ad campaigns for a portfolio of eCommerce clients.
• Build strong client relationships through regular communication via Slack and Google Meets.
• Track and analyse performance using tools like Triple Whale and Motion to hit CAC, ROAS and spend targets.
• Align closely with the Senior Account Manager to shape strategy and report on account progress.
• Apply eCommerce insight across landing pages, creative strategy, CRO and more.
Essential Experience:
• Minimum 2 years managing Meta and TikTok Ads for eCommerce brands.
• Experience working in an agency or directly within a 7 or 8-figure DTC brand.
• Confident using Shopify, Klaviyo and analytics platforms like Triple Whale.
• Proven track record of hitting paid media KPIs while managing multiple client accounts.
• Fast learner with strong research skills and the ability to work across varied industries.
