As we expand, we’re looking for a Paid Social Manager who’s passionate about eCommerce and paid media to join our performance team.
The Role
As Paid Social Manager, you'll be responsible for developing, executing, and optimising paid social campaigns across platforms like Meta, TikTok, Pinterest, and Snapchat. You’ll be the go-to expert for your client portfolio, owning strategy, performance, and communication.
Key Responsibilities
• Plan, execute and optimise multi-platform paid social campaigns, with a strong focus on Meta (Facebook & Instagram)
• Develop performance-driven strategies for eCommerce brands to hit growth targets
• Build and manage ad creatives in collaboration with our content and design teams
• Monitor campaign performance, analyse data, and deliver actionable insights
• Manage client communication and reporting, ensuring transparency and performance alignment
• Stay ahead of trends, platform updates, and eCommerce marketing best practices
• Contribute to the broader growth and innovation of the paid media team
Requirements
• 2–4 years of hands-on paid social experience, ideally in an agency setting
• Proven success managing eCommerce accounts with performance targets (ROAS, CPA, MER, etc.)
• Strong platform knowledge across Meta Ads Manager, TikTok Ads, Pinterest Ads, etc.
• Comfortable with Google Analytics, UTM tracking, and attribution models
• Great communication and client-facing skills
• Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, collaborative environment
• Based within commutable distance to Manchester (2 days/week in-office)
