We are hiring for both Paid Social Manager (£30k - £40k) and Senior Paid Social Manager (£42k - £50k). Please review the responsibilities and experience for each level below. Key Responsibilities: • Plan, launch and optimise Meta ad campaigns for a portfolio of eCommerce clients. • Build strong client relationships through regular communication via Slack and Google Meets. • Track and analyse performance using tools like Triple Whale and Motion to hit CAC, ROAS and spend targets. • Align closely with the Senior Account Manager to shape strategy and report on account progress. • Apply eCommerce insight across landing pages, creative strategy, CRO and more. Essential Experience: • Minimum 2 years managing Meta Ads for eCommerce brands. • Experience working in an agency or directly within a 7 or 8-figure DTC brand. • Confident using Shopify, Klaviyo and analytics platforms like Triple Whale. • Proven track record of hitting paid media KPIs while managing multiple client accounts. • Fast learner with strong research skills and the ability to work across varied industries. Senior Responsibilities: • Lead strategy and execution for 2 - 3 high-value eCommerce clients • Manage and mentor junior team members, ensuring performance and development • Oversee campaign builds, testing frameworks and creative iteration • Support the Head of Ops in building scalable systems and processes • Champion client retention by ensuring KPIs are consistently hit • Share insights and best practices across the team to elevate overall delivery Senior Experience: • 3+ years managing Meta Ads for scaling DTC brands • Proven experience managing or mentoring junior colleagues • Comfortable managing monthly ad spends of £50k - £100k+ across accounts • Strong understanding of Shopify ecosystems and full-funnel acquisition • Confident leading client strategy calls and high-level reviews Benefits: • Work remotely with the option to work abroad for up to 30 days (T&Cs apply) • Extra day off for your birthday • Clear 6 and 12-month progression plans designed to move you into leadership roles • Structured training and ongoing development to support your growth • Annual salary reviews based on performance and contribution • Monthly team incentives to reward collaboration and results • Kudos points system redeemable for vouchers (Deliveroo, Just Eat, Amazon and more) • Christmas bonus based on tenure and individual performance • Company pension scheme Salary: £30,000 - £50,000 + Bonus
