Enter our best seller: Super Greens, designed to bridge the nutrition gap faced by 90% of American adults who are not eating the official daily recommended dosage of greens that powers a healthy diet.
Live it Up is looking for a Paid Social Manager to architect and execute growth strategies that drive measurable impact across Meta and other paid social channels. If youβre a data-driven marketer who thrives on testing, optimizing, and scaling in fast-moving DTC environments, this is the role for you!
What Youβll Do
β’ Run Relentless Growth Experiments: Drive landing page iterations, offer tests, and product bundles to find and scale what works
β’ Be Hands-On with the Tools: Youβre not just briefing agencies, you will roll up your sleeves in Ads Manager, GA4, GTM, Klaviyo, Webflow/Shopify, and CRO platforms
β’ Fuel the Creative Feedback Loop: Build a regular cadence of performance reporting and actionable briefs to unlock new pockets of scale
β’ Drive Smart Conversion Optimization: Architect disciplined A/B tests across product detail pages, checkout flows, and the full conversion funnel
β’ Deliver Data-Backed Insights: Keep the pulse on performance with daily snapshots, weekly scorecards, and monthly insights that drive strategy
Who You Are
β’ You have 3-5 years of experience owning acquisition budgets of $10M+ annually, ideally with a mix of agency and in-house roles
β’ You have a proven track record of lowering CAC and increasing LTV:CAC for DTC e-commerce brands
β’ You possess deep channel expertise in Meta and hands-on experience in other paid social channels, including TikTok
β’ You are fluent in marketing math (MER, ROAS, regression, incrementality) and proficient with analytics tools such as GA4, Looker, Northbeam, Triple Whale, or Rockerbox
β’ You think in systems, thrive in ambiguity, and excel at building from 0β1
Bonus points ifβ¦
β’ You have experience scaling a brand past $50M ARR
β’ You have subscription commerce or retention marketing know-how
β’ You have experience running clinical-claim-sensitive ad approvals
β’ You have built or contributed to a creative analytics βcontent OSβ
