Key Responsibilities
Campaign Strategy & Execution
• Plan, launch, optimise, and manage paid social media campaigns across platforms like Facebook, Instagram, TikTok, LinkedIn, X (Twitter), and Snapchat.
• Align campaign objectives with client goals (revenue, growth, lead gen, brand awareness).
Performance Analysis & Reporting
• Monitor metrics such as ROAS, CPA, CPC, CTR, and conversion paths.
• Conduct A/B testing on creative, copy, and targeting to continuously optimise.
• Deliver clear, insightful performance reports and strategic recommendations.
Budget Management
• Allocate and optimise client budgets (£5K–£150K monthly across campaigns).
• Maximise return on investment through strategic spend adjustments.
Creative Collaboration
• Work with our content and design teams to deliver ad sets that stand out.
• Provide actionable feedback on creatives and copy based on performance results.
Industry & Platform Expertise
• Remain up-to-date with changes to ad platforms, targeting tactics, and social trends.
• Develop and apply best practices to elevate campaign performance.
What We’re Looking For
• 1–2 years of proven experience managing paid social campaigns.
• Direct experience working with major platforms: Meta (Ads Manager), TikTok Ads, LinkedIn Campaign Manager, X Ads, Snapchat, etc.
• Demonstrable track record of managing ad budgets effectively.
• Strong analytical mindset — comfortable reading data and tweaking campaigns accordingly.
• Solid understanding of metrics: ROAS, CTR, CPA, LTV, conversion funnels.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
• A proactive, collaborative, and growth-oriented attitude.
Nice to Have
• Experience in client-facing roles or agency experience.
• Exposure to ecommerce, lead generation, or B2B/B2C campaign types.
• Certification in Meta Blueprint, TikTok, or Google Ads.
