We’re now looking for a Paid Social Marketing Ads Manager to take our paid acquisition strategy to the next level. You’ll play a key role in driving growth across channels like Meta, TikTok, and other emerging platforms.
What You’ll Do
• Own and execute Humanpeople’s paid social strategy end-to-end, with a focus on customer acquisition and ROI.
• Plan, launch, and optimize campaigns across Meta (Facebook/Instagram), TikTok, and potentially LinkedIn and Pinterest.
• Build and manage Google PPC and Performance Max campaigns methodically, testing and building segmented audiences.
• Collaborate with our creative and content teams to test and scale high-performing ad creatives.
• Analyze campaign data to identify trends, insights, and areas for improvement.
• Manage budgets, forecast performance, and report on key KPIs including CAC, ROAS, and LTV.
• Stay on top of platform updates, new tools, and paid media best practices.
What We’re Looking For
• 3–5 years of experience running and scaling paid social campaigns, ideally in D2C, health, or e-commerce.
• Deep hands-on experience with Meta Ads Manager, Instagram, and TikTok Ads.
• Strong analytical mindset — comfortable working with performance data to inform decisions.
• Experience with creative testing frameworks and performance-driven creative direction.
• Familiarity with AI marketing and productivity tools (e.g., ChatGPT, Midjourney, Pencil, AdCreative.ai) to enhance campaign testing, copywriting, and audience targeting.
• Knowledge of the broader digital marketing ecosystem (GA, attribution tools, landing page optimization).
• Proactive, resourceful, and excited to work in a fast-paced, mission-driven startup environment.
• Comfortable working independently in a fast-moving startup.
Nice to Have
• Experience with influencer/UGC content strategies.
• Familiarity with other paid channels (Google, YouTube, programmatic, etc.).
• Background or interest in health, wellness, or personalized nutrition.
• Working knowledge of CAP and MHRA guidelines on advertising for pharmaceuticals online (can be learned on the job).
