In this role, you will be responsible for developing and executing social media strategies that drive engagement, build brand awareness, and drive sales for our clients. You will work closely with cross- functional teams to create compelling content and analyze performance metrics to ensure success. Key Responsibilities: • Develop and implement comprehensive paid social media strategies tailored to client objectives. • Create, curate, and manage published content across various social media platforms (e.g., Facebook, Instagram, Pinterest, TikTok). • Monitor, engage, and grow social media communities through effective communication and relationship-building. • Analyze social media metrics and insights to optimize campaigns and report on performance. • Cross team collaboration to ensure deadlines are met • Stay up-to-date with industry trends, tools, and best practices to keep clients ahead of the competition. • Assist in social media advertising campaigns, including budget management and audience targeting. • Manage client communications and maintain strong relationships. Qualifications: • Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, or a related field. • Recent experience in paid social media management (2+ years preferred). • Proven experience in performance marketing specialized in eCommerce • Strong understanding of social media platforms, trends, and analytics tools. • Excellent written and verbal communication skills. • Creative mindset with the ability to generate innovative content ideas. • Experience with task management tools (e.g., Asana, ClickUp, Monday.com) is a plus. • Ability to work collaboratively in a fast-paced environment and manage multiple projects simultaneously.
