Role description
Paid Social Media Specialist Location: London (Hybrid) Daily Rate: £250 - £310 Start Date: 11 August 2025 | 5-month contract We're hiring for a global tech leader at the forefront of innovation in logistics, e-commerce, and customer experience. As part of their high-performing Performance Marketing team, you'll play a hands-on role in planning, launching, and optimising paid social campaigns that directly drive hiring across operations during peak season. This is a chance to work at serious scale, on fast-moving campaigns that have a measurable effect on the workforce behind one of the world’s most recognisable brands. What you'll be doing: • Managing and optimising paid social campaigns across platforms like Meta, TikTok, LinkedIn, and Twitter (experience with Line is a bonus) • Owning campaign setup, audience targeting, copy and creative scheduling, pacing, and daily optimisation • Collaborating with campaign managers, media planners, and analysts to ensure campaigns stay on target and on budget • Running A/B tests and experiments to improve campaign effectiveness • Preparing weekly and monthly performance reports using platform data and internal metrics What you'll bring: • 4+ years' experience in hands-on paid social media, this must include campaign activation and optimisation • Solid understanding of paid media tools such as Facebook Ads Manager, LinkedIn Ads and Google Ads • Experience in one or more of the following sectors: e-commerce, recruitment marketing, media & entertainment, B2B, or agency side • Strong attention to detail, data-savviness, and a proactive mindset - you’ll need to spot trends, solve problems, and take action fast • Comfortable working in a fast-paced, collaborative environment with multiple
