Role description
We’re seeking a Paid Social Strategist with 2+ years of experience to join our growing team at a fast-paced, omnichannel-first agency. This role focuses on the strategic development and hands-on execution of conversion-driven Paid Social campaigns, particularly for eCommerce brands across platforms like Meta, TikTok, Pinterest, LinkedIn, and Reddit. You’ll work closely with cross-functional teams to scale revenue, optimize creative and budget strategies, and deliver measurable results across the funnel. Key Responsibilities: β€’ Plan and execute full-funnel Paid Social strategies with a strong emphasis on eCommerce performance, including prospecting, retargeting, retention, and promotional campaigns. β€’ Build, manage, and optimize campaigns across major social platforms: Meta Ads Manager, TikTok Ads Manager, Pinterest Ads Manager, LinkedIn Campaign Manager, and Reddit Ads. β€’ Develop conversion-focused ad copy that aligns with brand voice, creative strategy, and key performance indicators like ROAS, CVR, and AOV. β€’ Leverage AI tools (e.g., ChatGPT, Grammarly, Jasper, etc.) to enhance copywriting, ideation, workflow efficiency, and audience research. β€’ Regularly analyze performance data with a focus on purchase behavior, cart activity, and conversion path insights, providing actionable recommendations for scaling or refining campaigns. β€’ Lead creative testing strategies (static, video, UGC) and collaborate with creative teams to develop and evaluate assets that improve engagement and drive sales. β€’ Stay current with platform trends, subreddit behavior, and algorithm updates to adapt strategies for optimal performance and return. β€’ Use GA4 and GTM to support eComm tracking setups (purchase, add-to-cart, product view), troubleshoot attribution issues, and interpret user behavior to improve campaign ROI. β€’ Build and present reporting dashboards that clearly communicate performance, revenue impact, and next steps. β€’ Support influencer and affiliate campaign coordination when applicable, with an eye toward how partnerships can drive eCommerce growth. β€’ Recommend innovative Paid Social tactics or tools that enhance conversion performance or streamline execution. Qualifications: β€’ Strong understanding of Meta Business Suite, TikTok Ads Manager, LinkedIn Campaign Manager, Pinterest Ads Manager, and Reddit Ads. β€’ Bonus: Understanding of Google Ads and Programmatic Platforms to support cross-channel performance alignment. β€’ Preferred experience with GA4, GTM, and event-based tracking, especially for eCommerce behaviors (purchase, initiate checkout, etc.). β€’ Proven ability to write compelling, conversion-optimized ad copy tailored to audience segments and platform nuances. β€’ Familiarity with AI tools used for creative testing, content generation, or performance forecasting. β€’ Experience analyzing performance data to identify optimization opportunities (e.g., thumbstop rate, CPC, CVR, ROAS). β€’ Familiarity with audience segmentation, pixel/event setup, retargeting, and product feed integration. β€’ Bonus: Experience with creative testing frameworks, subreddit targeting, or integrated eComm + lead gen strategies. β€’ Excellent written and verbal communication skills, especially in client-facing settings. Requirements: β€’ Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, or a related field. β€’ Minimum of 2 years of experience managing Paid Social campaigns. β€’ Prior experience working with eCommerce clients or conversion-focused accounts. β€’ Ability to manage multiple campaigns or accounts simultaneously with attention to performance KPIs. β€’ Proactive, collaborative mindset with a hunger to learn, test, and evolve with the digital landscape. β€’ Strong analytical thinking and passion for using data to drive growth and efficiency.
