Role description
Paid Social Account Manager / Paid Social Executive – Luxury Lifestyle & Hospitality Clients
Location: West London (3 days in office / 2 days WFH)
Salary: £35,000 - £45,000
Experience: 2–4 years
My client, a boutique digital agency working with premium brands across the luxury lifestyle and hospitality sectors, is looking for a Paid Social Manager or Paid Social Executive to join their growing team.
Based in a stunning shared office space in West London, you’ll be working in a vibrant, collaborative environment alongside a tight-knit team of ambitious marketers. This role is hybrid – with three days in the office and two from home – offering both flexibility and in-person creative energy.
About the Role
We’re looking for a digitally-savvy marketer with a strong grasp of paid social strategy, a working knowledge of SEO and CRO, and the analytical mindset to optimise campaigns for maximum performance. You’ll be hands-on across platforms, managing end-to-end execution and reporting.
This is a role for someone with a broad digital skill set who thrives in a fast-paced environment and has the drive to take ownership and push results. If you’re highly motivated, proactive, and ready to take the next step in your career, we want to hear from you.
Key Responsibilities
• Plan, execute and optimise paid social campaigns, primarily via Meta (Facebook/Instagram) Business Manager
• Analyse campaign performance and make data-led recommendations using Google Analytics and Excel
• Collaborate with content and creative teams to ensure assets are aligned with campaign goals
• Conduct A/B testing and conversion optimisation across paid campaigns and landing pages
• Monitor and report on key performance metrics
• Support SEO efforts by aligning content and campaign strategy with organic goals
• Stay up to date with paid media trends, algorithm changes, and platform updates
About You
• 2–4 years' experience in a similar digital marketing role
• Some hands-on experience with Facebook Business Manager, Google Analytics, and Excel
• Comfortable managing performance-driven campaigns across multiple platforms
• Strong analytical skills and a results-driven approach
• Proactive, organised, and comfortable taking ownership of projects
• Degree educated in marketing, communications, business or similar
• An interest or background in luxury lifestyle or hospitality is a bonus
• Ambitious with a strong work ethic and a desire to grow within a collaborative team
Why Apply?
• Work with high-end clients in a dynamic and fast-growing agency
• Stunning West London office with great transport links and creative atmosphere
• Flexible hybrid working – 3 days in the office, 2 from home
• Chance to grow your skills across broader digital channels, not just paid social
• Friendly, ambitious team and a culture that supports innovation and ownership
