Role description
We are looking for a meticulous data-driven digital marketer to join our Amplification team as a Senior Paid Social Specialist. This role will directly impact global growth and engagement for the business β this person will manage and optimize paid social campaigns across numerous channels and closely collaborate with our in-house Influencer team. Reporting directly to the Amplification Senior Manager, this person needs to be a blend of creativity, analytics, and strategic thinking.
What youβll do:
β’ Spearhead creation and optimization of paid amplification campaigns across multiple channels, including Instagram, TikTok, LinkedIn, Facebook, and Pinterest.
β’ Collaborate on global dark post amplification, cutting-edge influencer campaigns, B2B, and B2C paid media support tailored to specific audiences and markets around the globe.
β’ Craft data-driven performance analysis and ad optimization for internal stakeholders.
β’ Develop, document, and deliver testing alongside Amplification team members to drive channel-specific insights, analysis, and continual improvements.
β’ Provide ongoing monthly reporting analysis in partnership with social and influencer analytics team members.
β’ Leverage AI-driven tools that increase efficiency, experimentation, and testing
β’ Assist in implementing broader platform opportunities to enhance company growth initiatives.
Who you are:
β’ 3-4 years of experience in paid social advertising, digital marketing, or influencer marketing
β’ Familiarity with all major social media advertising capabilities
β’ Analytical skills, an interest in data-driven decision making, and curiosity to learn
β’ A team synergy champion - driving high-performance and cooperation
β’ Strong attention to detail, high organizational / project management skills, and ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment
β’ Someone who exhibits integrity, an eagerness to learn, and ability to work independently
