LINLEY is seeking a strategic and creatively minded Part-Time Marketing Manager to lead the delivery of brand campaigns, content production, and offline marketing initiatives. This role champions the LINLEY brand across seasonal activations, partnerships, PR, and content development - aligning all output with our heritage of craftsmanship, British design, and storytelling.
KEY RESPONSIBILITIES
β’ Own and manage the marketing calendar, coordinating brand campaigns, product launches, new collections, and seasonal activations.
β’ Work closely with the merchandising team to track and plan for new stock arrivals, ensuring timely communication across departments and feeding product launch timings into eCommerce upload, content scheduling, and marketing campaigns.
β’ Lead content planning and execution across PR, printed materials, and brand storytelling, ensuring all output reflects LINLEYβs tone, values, and visual identity.
β’ Coordinate and brief internal and external creatives, including designers, copywriters, and photographers, to deliver campaign and content assets that support brand and commercial objectives.
β’ Oversee brand and campaign shoots, managing logistics and ensuring visual consistency across all output, including campaign imagery, press kits, and printed collateral.
β’ Lead on developing and managing brand partnerships, collaborations, and media opportunities aligned with LINLEYβs luxury positioning and client base.
β’ Manage all PR activity, including messaging development, story pitching, and creation of campaign press materials.
β’ Analyse campaign performance and customer insights through available offline metrics, feeding learnings into future planning and reporting.
IDEAL CANDIDATE
β’ 5+ yearsβ experience in brand or marketing roles within premium or luxury sectors.
β’ Proven experience leading brand campaigns, content production, and partnership development.
β’ Excellent verbal and written communication skills, with strong instincts for brand storytelling and positioning.
β’ Highly organised and proactive, with the ability to manage multiple projects and stakeholders with precision.
β’ A natural collaborator who can work fluidly across merchandising, eCommerce, and creative teams.
β’ A strong appreciation for design, interiors, and the craftsmanship at the heart of the LINLEY brand.
