Job Description Summary
Private Label Solutions (PLS) is the B2B arm of Expedia Group. We bring Expedia Group's innovative technology and distribution solutions to partners across the world. These businesses include global financial institutions, corporate managed travel, offline travel agents, global travel suppliers (like major airlines) and many more. As a Partner Growth Marketing Manager within our Private Label Solutions team, you’ll partner with top-tier clients to shape and execute impactful marketing strategies. You’ll help them unlock new channels, activate features, and drive revenue—while keeping their audiences engaged. Internally, you’ll lead key initiatives, collaborate across teams, and help us continuously improve our services and performance.
In This Role, You Will
• Build strong, long-term relationships with partner marketing teams, acting as a trusted advisor and strategic collaborator.
• Develop and deliver marketing plans that drive measurable growth and engagement.
• Use web analytics to benchmark performance, identify opportunities, and create data-driven proposals that inspire action.
• Share insights, test results, and industry trends to keep partners and internal teams informed and ahead of the curve.
• Collaborate cross-functionally on projects that enhance our service offering and support commercial success.
• Support new partner onboarding by offering marketing expertise and aligning stakeholders for a smooth launch.
Experience And Qualifications
• You have a Bachelor’s or Master’s degree with at least 3 years’ hands-on experience in a digital marketing or broader marketing role - ideally in travel or large-scale e-commerce.
• You are skilled at building trusted relationships with partners and internal stakeholders alike.
• You are comfortable managing significant marketing budgets and leading high-impact campaigns.
• You are analytical and data-driven, with experience using tools like Google Analytics or Adobe Analytics to inform strategy.
• You’re passionate about uncovering growth opportunities in data and turning insights into action.
• You bring experience across multiple marketing channels, with a knack for optimizing user journeys and implementing new features.
• You are a confident communicator and influencer, able to present complex ideas clearly to senior audiences.
• You are proactive and organized, with strong project management skills and a bias for action.
