Role description
ioVista is seeking a Partner & Sales Development Manager to help us expand our footprint through strategic partnerships, trade shows, and sales support. You will be responsible for cultivating relationships with platform partners (Adobe, Shopify, BigCommerce, ERP vendors), managing post-event lead follow-ups, and supporting our sales team to move mid-market and enterprise deals forward. This is an equal parts partnership, sales development, and relationship management. You’ll be representing ioVista in the field, at events, and with ecosystem stakeholders, helping generate new business opportunities and fueling our pipeline. Key Responsibilities • Build and manage relationships with Adobe, Shopify Plus, BigCommerce, ERP providers, and other tech partners. • Stay current on partner programs, certifications, co-selling opportunities, and joint marketing activities. • Coordinate with platform reps for joint events, webinars, and case study submissions. • Support the CEO and VP with discovery notes, solutions requirements, and proposal assets. • Work with SDRs/AEs to move deals through the pipeline and ensure timely follow-ups. • Assist in drafting client decks and proposals. • Represent ioVista at trade shows and networking events; manage post-event lead follow-ups and outreach sequences. • Track engagement, set discovery meetings, and keep leads nurtured in HubSpot. • Maintain partner contact records, touchpoints, and deal influence in HubSpot. • Provide regular updates on partnership ROI, sourced leads, and follow-up activity. Qualifications • 2-3 years of experience in business development, channel partnerships, or sales support, preferably within the eCommerce, digital agency, or SaaS industry. • Proven experience with sales working with at least one major platform partner (Adobe, Shopify, or BigCommerce). • Strong verbal and written communication skills. • Comfortable attending trade shows, networking mixers, and partner dinners. • Proficient in CRM systems (HubSpot preferred). • Self-starter with strong organizational and relationship management skills. Preferred Traits • Experience in the digital commerce or systems integration space. • Knowledge of ERP or eCommerce platforms (Magento, Shopify, BigCommerce, etc.). • Comfortable working in a fast-paced, founder-led environment. • Strong LinkedIn presence and relationship-building instincts. Compensation • Base Salary: Competitive base salary + performance bonuses, based on experience.
