As a Partner Sales Manager, you will acquire new online merchants operating in the Middle East based on Pointspay\`s sales plan and pipeline. You are capable of developing exceptional personal relationships with the decision makers of our future customers, progressing with tailored value propositions in a complex sales environment and successfully close multi-million-dollar contracts throughout your sales career. You will report to the Chief of Growth. Your key tasks Merchant Acquisition • Develop and manage global pipeline & prospecting efforts. • Execute outreach, pitching, and qualification processes. • Define scope requirements and secure technical commitment. • Lead negotiations, prepare contracts, and oversee finalization. Merchant Onboarding • Support onboarding brief and timeline planning for launch. PSP Partner Business Development • Support commercial forecasting and assess merchant demand. Affiliate Network Channel Partner Sales • Support relationships for account development. • Support and nurture new leads. Sales Enablement & Administration • Support HubSpot sales activities and management. Your core skills • 5+ years of experience in selling BNPL solutions to merchants/ retailers, ideally in the payments or performance/ affiliate marketing area. • Deep industry knowledge around online payment gateways, alternate payment methods and/ or affiliate marketing. • Passion for establishing and expanding long-term business relationships based on partnership. • Highly commercial and commercially driven with a strategic mindset, firm in contracting partnerships and deals. • Experience in working with big companies leading eCommerce businesses, especially in the Middle East region. • Ability to influence and work with cross-functional teams. • Skilled communicator (Oral & Written) in both English. • Knowledge of languages such as German or French is an advantage. • Strong team player • Bachelor’s degree The team you join You’ll join an international, collaborative team spread across global offices, focusing on knowledge sharing and collective problem-solving.
