Skin Design London cosmeceuticals are luxury premium actives to treat the root cause of skin issues, penetrating deeper into the five layers of epidermis. The potent non-prescription actives stimulates elastin and collagen delivering unrivalled results.
We’re on an exciting global growth journey, and we’re looking for a commercially minded Performance & Acquisition Marketing Manager to lead our paid media, conversion strategy, and consumer acquisition across all key markets.
This is a pivotal role for someone who blends analytical precision with creative intuition - someone excited by testing, scaling, and driving measurable growth across a premium omnichannel business.
Key Responsibilities:
Paid Media Strategy & Execution
• Own the planning, execution, and optimisation of full-funnel performance marketing campaigns across Meta, Google, TikTok, and programmatic platforms.
• Develop and own a testing roadmap (creatives, messaging, formats, landing pages) to continually improve acquisition performance.
• Brief content executive with performance insights to drive thumb-stopping, high-converting ad assets.
• Partner with internal stakeholders to scale paid activity effectively across priority markets (UK, US, ME).
Acquisition & Conversion
• Build and execute strategies to drive efficient CAC and scalable customer acquisition via DTC and retail funnels.
• Work closely with the Ecomm & CRM Manager to improve conversion rates through A/B testing, CRO strategies, and landing page optimisation.
• Collaborate with Ecomm & CRM manager to optimise post-purchase flows, retention, and LTV.
• Champion a performance-first mindset across product launches and key marketing moments.
Measurement, Attribution & Reporting
• Set clear KPIs and manage daily/weekly/monthly reporting on acquisition performance across paid media, affiliate, and direct channels.
• Troubleshoot attribution and tracking issues across platforms (Meta Pixel, Appsflyer, S2S integrations, GA4, SKAN).
• Develop and maintain dashboards and frameworks that clearly link marketing activity to business impact.
• Own forecasting, budgeting, and pacing for performance spend, ensuring ROI targets are met.
Affiliate & Growth Channels
• Manage the affiliate marketing programme - including platform oversight, publisher relationships, and growth planning.
• Stay ahead of emerging paid platforms, automation tools, and AI-driven solutions that can drive competitive edge.
Cross-Functional Collaboration
• Collaborate with social, design, partnerships, and product team to ensure alignment on campaign execution and messaging.
• Share performance insights regularly to inform campaign planning, content direction, and brand strategy.
• Act as a growth partner across the business - bringing proactive recommendations and market learnings.
What We’re Looking For
• 4–6 years’ experience in a performance marketing role, ideally in beauty, luxury, or high-growth DTC.
• Deep knowledge of paid social, search, and conversion funnels - hands-on or via agency management.
• Strong grasp of attribution, analytics platforms (GA4, Looker, Appsflyer), and performance metrics.
• Confident in briefing creatives and interpreting performance data to inform iterations.
• Commercially driven, with a growth mindset and a passion for brand + performance balance.
• Organised, independent, and adaptable - comfortable in a fast-moving, founder-led business.
• Global outlook, with the ability to localise strategies for different markets.
Why Join Us
• Work for one of the most exciting skincare brands disrupting the global beauty space.
• Be part of a small, highly ambitious marketing team with big creative and commercial goals.
• Play a central role in our global growth strategy - with the freedom to test, learn, and scale.
• Competitive salary, product allowance, and hybrid working.
