About UsWe are a fast-growing DTC women’s apparel and lifestyle brand known for original print design and a highly visual aesthetic. Meta is our core channel today, and we are now expanding into Google Ads and Microsoft Ads to reach new customers beyond paid social. The OpportunityWe are looking for a hands-on performance marketer with agency experience managing multiple DTC fashion or retail accounts. The right candidate will be able to quickly launch high-leverage search, Shopping, and Performance Max programs by applying proven playbooks that drive results. You will own the build, measurement, and optimization needed to turn search and shopping into a durable second growth engine. What You Will Own in the First 90 Days Launch and scale Google Ads (Search, Shopping, Performance Max) and Microsoft Ads equivalents with strong campaign architecture, clear naming conventions, and accurate measurement. Deliver incremental new customers, not just last-click brand captures, with performance measured by: New-Customer ROAS (ncROAS) or first-order contribution margin ROAS Blended CAC impact and share of non-brand spend Percentage of revenue from new customers and non-brand queries or placements Must-Have Qualifications Three to six years of experience in performance media with an agency background or equivalent, managing multiple DTC fashion or retail accounts directly. Proven success launching and scaling Shopping, Performance Max, and Search campaigns for ecommerce with measurable impact on new-customer growth beyond brand capture.
