• Own the production of high-performing ads for Meta and TikTok, shaping how the brand shows up in the digital space.
• Collaborate closely with the Head of Growth and newly appointed Creative Strategist to test, iterate, and push creative boundaries.
• Play a pivotal role in a content-led brand where your output directly drives commercial performance.
Responsibilities
Creative Production
• Shoot (primarily on iPhone) and edit performance-focused content optimised for Meta and TikTok.
• Balance agile, quick-turnaround production with clean, elevated creative results.
• Use hooks, motion text, kinetic typography, and bold transitions to drive engagement and conversions.
Performance Focus
• Deliver high-volume ad variations (100+ per week) to feed a fast-paced, test-and-learn environment.
• React quickly to performance data, iterating creative to improve results.
• Collaborate with the Creative Strategist to move beyond standard UGC and into distinctive, brand-worthy creative.
Collaboration & Workflow
• Manage the content pipeline from ingesting raw files through to final delivery.
• Maintain an organised library of working files, exports, and tagged content.
• Work closely with growth and creative teams to align on priorities and opportunities.
Your Profile
• Proven experience creating short-form video content for paid social, ideally in a D2C or e-commerce setting.
• Skilled with CapCut and Premiere Pro; comfortable shooting on iPhone.
• Strong understanding of what drives performance on Meta and TikTok.
• Creative problem-solver who can combine scrappy execution with polished output.
• Comfortable in a small, fast-moving team with high autonomy.
