About the Role As a Performance Marketing Analyst, you will play a pivotal role in driving growth through data-driven performance marketing strategies. You’ll be responsible for analyzing paid media campaigns, optimizing marketing spend, and supporting the broader marketing team with actionable insights that boost ROI and customer acquisition. What You’ll Do • Analyze and optimize digital performance marketing campaigns across paid social (Instagram, TikTok, Facebook), Google Ads, YouTube, programmatic, and affiliate networks. • Monitor daily, weekly, and monthly KPIs such as ROAS, CPA, CPM, CTR, and conversion rates. • Collaborate with the creative team to test and evaluate ad creatives, landing pages, and messaging variations. • Use tools like Google Analytics, Meta Ads Manager, TikTok Ads Manager, and Google Looker Studio to track performance and build dashboards. • Conduct competitor analysis and market research to identify new growth opportunities. • Assist in A/B testing strategies across all paid media channels. • Work closely with the product and merchandising teams to align campaigns with product drops, promotions, and seasonality. • Identify customer behavior patterns and audience segments to improve targeting and personalization. • Support budgeting and forecasting processes by providing insights into past and projected campaign performance. What you’ll bring • Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Economics, Statistics, Business, or a related field. • 2–4 years of experience in performance marketing, preferably in e-commerce or fashion. • Strong understanding of paid media channels (Google Ads, Meta, TikTok, etc.). • Proficiency in data analysis tools (Excel, Google Analytics, Looker Studio, etc.). • Experience with performance marketing KPIs and optimization techniques. • Analytical mindset with excellent attention to detail. • Familiarity with fast fashion trends and youth-oriented brands is a plus. • Comfortable in a fast-paced, highly dynamic startup-like environment. • Strong communication and cross-functional collaboration skills.
