Performance Marketing Content Associate
About the Role:
We're looking for a content creator and strategist to support the planning, creation, management, and optimization of content across performance marketing channels such as Meta, TikTok, and emerging platforms. This role is central to building scroll-stopping, conversion-driving creative for paid social campaigns. You’ll work closely with designers, video editors, and creators to produce assets that align with performance goals and brand standards. This role reports to the Director of Performance Marketing and is an ideal opportunity for someone with a passion for content, visual storytelling, and creative testing.
Key Responsibilities:
• Support the planning, creation, and execution of the content for paid social campaigns to drive new customer acquisition and brand awareness.
• Manage the production pipeline for ad creatives — including writing briefs, shooting content, sourcing content, and coordinating with the creative team.
• Support the launch and iteration of ads for testing on a weekly basis.
• Conduct and monitor creative A/B tests to analyze performance data and surface creative insights to the marketing team to inform future content iterations.
• Stay on top of platform trends and competitor creative strategies to fuel content innovation.
What We’re Looking For:
• 1–3 years of experience in marketing, digital advertising, or creative strategy, ideally in DTC or eCommerce.
• Deep understanding of social platforms like Meta and TikTok, including best practices for engaging content.
• Strong eye for creative, with experience developing or managing social assets (video, static, UGC, motion).
• Comfortable interpreting campaign performance metrics and using them to guide creative decisions.
• Experience working cross-functionally with designers, editors, or content creators.
• Bonus: Prior experience working at a marketing agency.
