Kijibae is our own in-house brand, dedicated to revolutionizing the at-home manicure experience with 60% semi-cured, premium gel nail polish strips. Currently, our focus is on direct-to-consumer (D2C) sales, bringing salon-quality nails directly to our customers.
Role Description:
We are seeking a highly motivated Performance Marketing - Digital Advertising Lead to own and manage our digital advertising campaigns, with a primary focus on Meta (Facebook & Instagram) platforms. This individual will get to lead, develop, execute, and optimize digital advertising strategies to drive customer acquisition, brand awareness, and revenue growth for our in-house brands and agency clients!!
Key Responsibilities:
Meta Campaigns:
β’ Develop, launch, and manage high-performing ads across Meta Platforms (Facebook, Instagram), including audience targeting, ad creatives, and budget allocation. π―π‘
β’ Continuously optimize campaigns based on performance metrics to maximize ROI and reach KPIs. πβ
β’ Conduct A/B testing on ad formats, creatives, audiences, and placements to improve campaign results. π§ͺπ¨
Budget Management & Reporting:
β’ Manage daily and campaign budgets to ensure efficient spend and growth objectives. πΈπ
β’ Monitor campaign performance metrics and generate regular reports, providing insights and actionable recommendations to improve results. ππ
Audience & Creative Strategy:
β’ Identify and target key audience segments based on customer data, interests, behaviors, and lookalike audiences. π―π
β’ Collaborate with creative teams to develop compelling ad creatives and copy tailored for platforms and audiences. π₯βοΈ
Requirements:
β’ Experience executing digital marketing campaigns is a MUST.
β’ Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced environment.
β’ Proven experience managing 5-6 figure budget social media advertising campaigns, especially on Meta platforms (Facebook & Instagram).
β’ Strong understanding of digital advertising best practices, ad algorithms, and targeting strategies.
β’ Experience with campaign setup, optimization, and reporting using Meta Ads Manager.
β’ Familiarity with eCommerce marketing tools (Shopify, Google Analytics, Triple Whale, etc.) is highly preferred.
β’ Analytical mindset with the ability to interpret data and adjust campaigns for better performance.
β’ Excellent communication skills and a proactive, strategic approach.
