Brands like JBL, Orange Theory Fitness, and Botanic Choice use the patent-pending Visual Content Platform to search, discover, manage, create, regenerate, distribute, and collaborate on visual content at scale. Position Overview We are seeking a Video Ads Media Buyer + Performance Analyst to lead, optimize, and scale paid social campaigns across Meta, TikTok, YouTube Shorts, and other emerging platforms. This role is built for a video-first performance marketer who can turn UGC, influencer videos, and branded content into high-performing ad campaigns. The right candidate blends creative instincts with analytical rigor: they know how to brief creators, spot winning hooks, and scale campaigns — while also being fluent in ROAS, MER, and attribution. Beyond execution, this is a client-facing role where you’ll be expected to translate performance data into clear growth strategies and inspire confidence in every interaction. As an agentic AI business, we’re also looking for someone who can help train and shape our AI-driven performance analysis agent, ensuring our systems scale smarter and faster. Key Responsibilities Video Ads Strategy & Media Buying • Plan, launch, and manage paid media campaigns using UGC, influencer content, and branded video ads. • Build scalable campaign structures (CBO/ABO, creative testing frameworks, audience segmentation). • Continuously optimize for CPA, ROAS, and MER while balancing creative and spend efficiency. • Partner with UGC creators and influencers to co-create performance-driven ads that resonate with audiences. Performance Marketing & AI Training • Analyze campaign data to identify patterns across creatives, audiences, and funnels. • Translate performance insights into actionable creative and targeting strategies. • Develop frameworks for creative testing and performance analysis that can also train our AI systems. Client-Facing Communication & Growth • Act as the performance lead in client meetings — presenting results, strategy, and next steps with clarity and confidence. • Build trust by simplifying complex data into growth narratives clients can act on. • Proactively recommend new ad formats, platform tests, and scaling strategies to drive client revenue. • Partner with client success managers to improve retention and identify upsell opportunities. Optimization & Innovation • Run structured A/B and multivariate tests to accelerate creative learnings. • Identify opportunities to automate reporting, analysis, and campaign optimizations. • Stay ahead of platform updates, ad trends, and algorithm shifts to keep campaigns competitive. Qualifications • 3–5 years of paid social buying experience with video-first campaigns (UGC, influencer, branded ads). • Strong performance marketing background with proven success scaling DTC/e-commerce brands. • Expert in Meta and TikTok Ads Manager; fluent in analytics platforms like GA4, Triple Whale, Looker, Supermetrics. • Sharp creative instincts: able to brief creators, spot winning ad angles, and guide branded content toward performance. • Strong client-facing communication and presentation skills — a trusted advisor who can “own the room.” • Bonus: Experience with AI tools, automation workflows (Zapier, Make), or training/adapting AI systems. KPIs for Success • Consistent improvement in ROAS, CPA, and MER across accounts. • Scalable, repeatable frameworks for video ad performance analysis. • High creative testing velocity with UGC, influencer, and branded content. • Positive client feedback and increased retention due to clear communication and strategic insights. • Direct contribution to revenue growth, client LTV, and valuation multiples.
