They’re now looking to hire a new Performance Marketing Lead to come in and spearhead growth across Paid Social & Paid Search (paid social being the primary focus). What skills do you need to have to be considered? ⭐️You need to have at least 6 years Performance/Growth Marketing experience, ideally in-house for a subscription D2C brand. ⭐️Ideally you would have worked for a Food, Drink, Health, Wellness, Personal care or Beauty brand. Unfortunately Fashion candidates WON’T be considered! ⭐️Proven Paid Social & Paid Search experience is essential for this role. ⭐️Proven experience managing sizeable budgets (£250k + monthly) ⭐️A deep passion for the e-commerce industry and a track record of success in B2C Marketing.
