Performance Marketing Manager - £45,000-£50,000 Location: Hybrid (Birmingham HQ) | Fully Remote Considered We are seeking an experienced Performance Marketing Manager to join our team and take ownership of paid media strategy and execution across a portfolio of ambitious ecommerce clients. This role is well-suited to someone with significant agency experience, proven success in scaling ecommerce accounts, and a strong ability to manage both budgets and client relationships. About the Role The Performance Marketing Manager will be responsible for planning, executing, and optimising paid media campaigns across multiple platforms including Google Ads, Meta, TikTok, and LinkedIn. You will work closely with clients to understand their commercial objectives, deliver strategies that drive measurable results, and provide insights that shape long-term growth. A background in account management will be highly advantageous, as the role requires clear and confident communication with clients and internal stakeholders. Key Responsibilities • Develop, launch, and optimise paid media campaigns across key channels. • Confidently manage significant budgets, ensuring efficiency and ROI. • Analyse performance data, identify trends, and recommend improvements. • Maintain strong client relationships, acting as a strategic partner. • Collaborate with creative and content teams to produce effective ad assets. • Monitor industry trends and competitor activity to inform strategy. • Deliver regular reports with clear performance insights and recommendations. Candidate Requirements • At least 5 years' experience in performance marketing, ideally within an agency environment. • Strong background in ecommerce marketing • Demonstrable success in managing large budgets and delivering measurable growth. • Advanced knowledge of Google Ads, Meta Business Manager, and other paid platforms. • Excellent analytical skills with the ability to translate data into actionable insights. • Client-facing or account management experience with strong communication skills. • Commercially focused, proactive, and results-driven.
