Role Description 📝
As the Performance Marketing Manager, you will be responsible for planning, executing, and optimizing digital marketing campaigns across multiple channels — from paid social and search to display and affiliates. You’ll manage budgets, measure performance, and continuously test and refine strategies to maximize acquisition, retention, and revenue impact.
This is a hands-on role for someone who thrives on experimentation, analytics, and scaling performance at pace.
What You’ll Be Doing ✅
• Own the performance marketing strategy and execution across digital channels (Google, Meta, TikTok, affiliates, programmatic, etc.).
• Plan and manage paid media budgets with a focus on delivering strong ROI and cost efficiency.
• Develop, test, and optimize campaigns across acquisition, retargeting, and retention funnels.
• Collaborate with creative, analytics, and product teams to align campaigns with brand, customer insights, and commercial goals.
• Track KPIs (CAC, ROAS, LTV, CTR, conversion rates) and deliver actionable performance reports.
• Implement A/B testing and data-driven optimization across ad creatives, audiences, and bidding strategies.
• Identify and scale high-performing campaigns while cutting inefficiencies.
• Stay up to date with the latest trends, tools, and best practices in digital advertising and martech.
Skills & Qualifications 🧩
• 7–10 years of hands-on experience in performance marketing / digital advertising, ideally in B2C, e-commerce, gaming, or retail-tech.
• Proven track record of managing large paid media budgets and delivering measurable ROI.
• Deep expertise in Google Ads, Meta Ads Manager, TikTok Ads, and affiliate networks.
• Strong analytical skills with proficiency in Google Analytics, attribution tools, and BI dashboards.
• Experience running A/B tests and applying data to optimize creative and audience performance.
• Solid understanding of customer acquisition, funnel optimization, and lifecycle marketing.
• Strong communication skills and ability to influence cross-functional teams.
• Bachelor’s/Master’s degree in Marketing, Business, or related field.
