We are currently looking to recruit a full-time Performance Marketing Manager to join our CRM Team, based at our office in Didcot, Oxfordshire.
We operate a hybrid working model: three or more days from the office, the remainder of the week from home.

Reporting into the Head of Customer, the Performance Marketing Manager will oversee all paid media channels; planning, executing and optimising effective PPC strategies to drive quality traffic, increase conversions and maximise return on investment.
The Performance Marketing Manager will work closely with the CRM, Marketing and Ecommerce teams as well as our key external agencies.
KEY RESPONSIBILITIES
• Own the planning, execution, and optimisation of all paid media campaigns (search, social, display, video, etc), including budget allocation, bid management and ad creative testing, working to set ROAS targets
• Manage the paid social calendar, generating content ideas and ensuring cadence and creative aligns with all marketing channels
• Manage the affiliate marketing program, partnering with relevant networks and publishers to drive incremental traffic and sales
• Work with the Head of Customer and Paid Media agency to define the Performance Marketing strategy, ensuring that the key priorities mirror wider business objectives
• Manage Senior Paid Media Executive, including their development and day-to-day tasks
• Collaborate with SEO agency to ensure alignment between paid and organic strategies, improve landing page quality scores, and maximize overall traffic
• Manage performance marketing budget, forecasting spend and return on advertising spend (ROAS)
• Conduct A/B testing on ad creatives, landing pages, and audience segments
• Own performance marketing reports, including weekly, monthly and post-campaign analysis. Analyse data and identify trends, insights, and opportunities for optimisation and growth.
• Support Retail Stores, Interior Design Service and Trade teams through paid marketing presence
• Manage paid media agency relationship
• Track competitor activity, industry trends and best practices to ensure the brand remains at the forefront of PPC innovation and strategies
• Collaborate with creative and content teams to ensure ads are compelling, brand-consistent, and conversion-focused
ABOUT YOU
• 3–5+ years of hands-on experience managing paid marketing campaigns
• Demonstrable success in managing large-scale budgets, PPC campaigns and driving measurable results
• Strong knowledge of PPC platforms and tools, such as Google Ads, Bing Ads, Meta Ads Manager, bid management platforms and other digital platforms
• Passion for the OKA brand, interiors industry, and Performance Marketing
• Commercially astute, experience of working to achieve sales targets
• Strong analytical skills and the ability to interpret complex data to drive actionable insights and recommendations. Proficiency in Excel/Google Sheets, GA4, performance tracking tools and metrics.
• Strong project management and organisational skills
• A positive, can-do attitude
• A creative mind, thinking innovatively when it comes to performance marketing channels and initiatives
• Motivated self-starter who is comfortable working in a fast-paced environment
