Role Description 📝: We’re looking for a senior, data-driven, and results-obsessed Performance Marketing Manager to lead our digital growth strategy. Based in London, this is a high-impact role where you’ll own acquisition across paid channels, build scalable marketing engines, and partner with creative, product, and data teams to drive business results. This is an ideal opportunity for someone with 8–10 years of experience who’s scaled campaigns at high-growth tech or e-commerce companies and knows how to balance strategy with hands-on execution. What You'll Be Doing ✅: • Own and scale performance marketing across Meta, Google, TikTok, YouTube, and emerging channels • Manage and optimize large-scale media budgets with a focus on CPA, ROAS, LTV, and CAC • Run structured A/B tests on creative, copy, targeting, and funnel strategy • Collaborate with content and design teams to build high-performing ad assets • Partner with data, CRM, and product teams to align on full-funnel growth initiatives • Leverage platforms like GA4, Looker, or Amplitude to monitor and report on performance • Lead attribution modeling and conversion tracking setup across all key channels • Stay ahead of digital trends, platform updates, and competitive benchmarks Qualifications/Skills You'll Need 🧮: • 8–10 years of experience in performance marketing or growth at tech, e-commerce, or B2C companies • Deep expertise in campaign management across Google Ads, Meta, TikTok, YouTube, etc. • Proven track record managing six-to-seven figure budgets efficiently • Solid understanding of pixels, tracking, tagging, UTMs, and attribution models • Highly analytical with strong command of data platforms (GA4, Looker, Excel, SQL a plus) • Experience working with creative teams to shape and test ad concepts • A strategic thinker with a hands-on approach and relentless focus on results • Excellent communication and project management skills The Process ➡️: 1.
