Role description
Job Title: Performance Marketing Manager
Location: Dubai
Reporting to: Head of Digital
Company Overview
SUMWON STUDIOS is a fast-growing collective of direct-to-consumer fashion brands, including MISSGUIDED, SUMWON, AiiRZ, and KiZN. We are rewriting the rules of fast fashion through creative innovation, deep consumer understanding, and rapid execution. Our team of trend forecasters, designers, and digital experts is driven by a shared obsession for what’s next, delivering product with purpose to a global customer base.
In partnership with one of the world’s largest fashion retailers, we have the infrastructure and reach to distribute to over 150 million customers worldwide. We thrive on bold thinking, disruptive energy, and building globally inclusive brands that celebrate individuality.
We’re scaling fast and we’re looking for the right people to help shape the future of fashion.
About the Role
We’re looking for a performance-driven Performance Marketing Manager to lead and scale our digital acquisition efforts across Meta, Google, and other paid platforms. This is a hands-on role, ideal for someone who thrives in high-growth environments, knows how to stretch budgets and operate efficiently, and (a nice to have) ability to use SQL as they are launching a carousel campaign.
You’ll be responsible for managing 8-figure annual budgets across a portfolio of fashion brands, with a mandate to deliver performance, efficiency, and scale. You'll work cross-functionally with our creative, CRM, and tech teams, and be expected to own your numbers end-to-end, from spend planning to ROAS reporting.
What You’ll Do
• Own and manage paid media strategy and execution across Meta, Google, TikTok, and emerging channels
• Set and manage budgets, forecasts, and performance goals - optimising for ROAS, CAC, and contribution margin
• Build and maintain campaign dashboards using SQL, Tableau.
• Run deep analysis to identify what’s working and why - by product, channel, audience, creative and geography.
• Own daily/weekly/monthly reporting and attribution reviews
• Develop and test new acquisition funnels and campaign structures
• Partner with creative and brand teams to brief, test and iterate ad content
• Spot inefficiencies, automate repetitive tasks, and scale what works using scripts, rules, and tools
• Run experiments and scale learnings fast - you’re not afraid to break, fix and rebuild
• Stay on top of platform updates, algo changes and performance hacks and apply them in practice
What you’ll bring
• 3–5+ years hands-on experience managing Meta and Google Ads (Search, Shopping, Pmax, YouTube) & TikTok Ads.
• Proven track record of managing large budgets and delivering growth at scale
• Comfortable writing SQL and using tools like BigQuery, or similar for analysis
• Experience in building dashboards and reporting frameworks from scratch
• Highly analytical, commercially minded - data is your native language
• Fast, resourceful and “hacky” - you find ways to test and scale, even when things aren’t perfect
• Startup experience or high-growth DTC background is a strong plus
• Understands ROAS, PC3, LTV:CAC and other key ecommerce metrics
• Strong communicator who can explain performance clearly to both technical and non-technical teams
Bonus Points
• Experience with Klaviyo, GA4, GTM or Pinterest Ads
• Familiarity with data warehousing and/or feed management tools (e.g. Feedonomics, Channable)
• Basic Python or scripting skills for automation
• Fashion, ecommerce, or marketplace experience
What we’ll bring
• 25 working days annual leave (rising to 30 after 1 year)
• 30% employee discount across all SUMWON STUDIOS brands (SUMWON, Missguided, AiiRZ)
• Ongoing learning and development opportunities
• Company-wide social events and experiences
• Creative freedom and space to innovate
• Work with the best minds in fashion, design, and tech
Why Join Us?
• Work in one of the fastest-growing DTC fashion groups globally
• Be part of building trend-led brands that challenge the status quo
• Real ownership, real responsibility, real impact
• A culture that celebrates individuality and rewards creativity
