About the Role We’re looking for a Performance Marketing Manager to join our Growth team and lead paid media strategy and execution for a portfolio of high-growth clients. You’ll work across mobile and web channels, turning business goals into data-driven campaigns that acquire and retain high-LTV customers. What You'll Do • Develop and execute customer acquisition strategies across platforms like Meta, Google Ads, TikTok, Snap, Apple Search Ads, and DSPs. • Manage budgets and pacing to ensure campaigns hit volume, efficiency, and ROI targets. • Work with clients and partner with agency creative and analytics teams to rapidly test and refine ad concepts. • Own media buying and optimization, using advanced tactics like value bidding, A/B testing, incrementality experiments, and geo-lifts. • Analyze campaign data to generate actionable insights and communicate performance clearly to clients. • Stay ahead of platform updates and acquisition best practices in a privacy-first world (consent mode, SKAN, MMM, MMP integrations). • Serve as a trusted advisor to clients, guiding growth strategies and aligning execution with broader business goals. What We’re Looking For • Customer acquisition experience focused on app and web funnels driving high-value paying customers. • 3–5+ years managing full-funnel paid acquisition for lead gen, eCommerce, or digital products across app and web. • Expertise in major performance acquisition platforms (Meta, Google UAC, TikTok, etc.) developing and executing customer acquisition strategies with a proven record of meeting or exceeding performance goals. • Curiosity and skill in using performance data to generate creative insights and drive testing. • Experience or strong interest in Web/SEM • Strong analytical skills with proficiency in tools like Excel/Sheets, Pivot Tables/XLOOKUPs, Looker, or similar BI platforms. • Experience working with MMPs (e.g., Appsflyer, Adjust) and understanding of attribution frameworks (SKAN, GA4, etc.). • Comfortable working in a fast-moving, client-facing role with multiple accounts. • Analyze results to develop tests and hypotheses that improve creative performance and media buying.
