Role description
Our client: • Strong brand heritage, leading retailer in the premium beverage category. • Fantastic range of high-quality teas, coffees, hot chocolates, gifting and seasonal categories. • Excellent growth across retail and ecommerce. Currently in double digit growth with more stores opening across the UK and International market. The role: • The Performance Marketing Manager will oversee marketing budgets, optimising investment based on CAC, CLTV, and ROAS • As the Performance Marketing Manager you will own day-to-day campaign execution across Meta, Google (Search, Shopping, YouTube), TikTok, and programmatic (UK & US) • The Performance Marketing manager will be responsible for working closely with media agencies and influencing to ensure visibility of spend and performance. They will collaborate with in house teams and agencies to lead and deliver on briefs for paid channels. • Ensuring paid media strategies adapt into local insights, competitor activity, and seasonal trends will be the responsibility of the Performance Marketing Manager. • The performance marketing manager will work to align acquisition strategy with e-commerce, CRM, brand, and analytics teams to ensure success. • As Performance Marketing Manager you will report on campaigns and performance of digital content providing actionable insights relevant to the market. • You will be responsible for agency management and leading the strategy with paid search and paid social efforts. • The Performance Marketing Manager will stay up to date on platform changes, privacy laws, and compliance (e.g., GDPR, CCPA) Ideal candidate: • You will have experience in a performance marketing or digital marketing role in a position of leadership driving creative strategy across multiple channels. • You will be an expert in paid social and paid search. • You will have experience working within a retail, hospitality or similar fast paced environment in a marketing role. • The ideal candidate will be a go-getter with a proactive attitude and a drive to get things done.
