Role description
Charava is a premium longevity and wellness supplement brand, focused on cellular health, energy, and healthy ageing. Our hero products include NMN, Berberine, Liposomal Glutathione, and Omega-3. We are expanding rapidly across the UK, EU, Middle East, and Asia, and we operate via eCommerce, Amazon, and retail. We are seeking a Performance Marketing Manager (Paid Social & Partnerships) to own our Meta advertising, UGC pipeline, and affiliate partnerships. This role is perfect for someone who thrives at the intersection of data-driven performance marketing and creative strategy. Key Responsibilities 1. Paid Social (Meta Focused) • Manage and optimise Meta Ads campaigns (Advantage+ sales, product-level campaigns). • Analyse Ad Relevance Diagnostics (Quality, Engagement, Conversion rankings) weekly, and implement creative/testing changes. • Build and maintain a creative testing framework (TOF/MOF/BOF content mapped into Advantage+ campaigns). • Reduce CAC and scale profitable spend through structured optimisation and content rotation. 1. UGC & Creator Management • Source, brief, and manage UGC creators for Charava’s product campaigns. • Translate insights from Meta Ads performance into creative briefs (“hooks, angles, formats”). • Ensure a constant pipeline of new content for testing (minimum 2–3 fresh assets weekly). • Negotiate deliverables, usage rights, and pricing with creators. 1. Affiliate & Partnerships • Oversee and grow Charava’s affiliate programmes (TikTok Creator Marketplace, AWIN, influencer partnerships). • Recruit and onboard affiliates/partners, providing them with assets and offers. • Monitor affiliate performance (sales, ROI) and optimise commissions/offers. • Ensure affiliate and paid campaigns are aligned (no cannibalisation). 1. Reporting & Cross-Functional Alignment • Maintain a weekly diagnostics tracker (Quality, Engagement, Conversion scores, CAC, ROAS, MER). • Deliver clear insights: “Here’s what’s happening in the account, here’s what we’re testing next.” • Work with content, design, and email teams to ensure consistent messaging across all growth channels. Candidate Profile • 3–5+ years in performance marketing with proven Meta Ads expertise. • Hands-on experience managing campaigns with Advantage+ placements and learning phase optimisation. • Strong track record of creative testing and improving ad relevance diagnostics. • Experience sourcing and managing UGC creators and influencer-style content. • Familiar with affiliate networks (AWIN, TikTok, etc.) and managing partnerships. • Analytical mindset with ability to translate performance data into creative and strategic actions. • Comfortable with tools like Meta Ads Manager, TikTok Ads Manager, Google Sheets/Excel, Triple Whale, or similar attribution platforms. • Ideally from a DTC background (health, wellness, beauty, consumer products). KPIs • Improvement in Quality, Engagement, and Conversion rankings. • Reduction in CAC relative to LTV benchmarks. • Consistent delivery of new creative assets (2–3 per week minimum). • Growth of affiliate channel contribution to total revenue. • Scalable ROAS / MER improvements across Meta and affiliate channels.
