Role description
We are seeking a data-driven, strategic, and creative Performance Marketing specialist to scale our digital marketing efforts across paid search, social media, display, influencer marketing, and more. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in digital advertising, a passion for data analysis, and the ability to collaborate across departments to drive growth and ROI in a multi-brand, B2C environment. Key Responsibilities 1. Develop and Execute Performance Marketing Strategies β€’ Design and implement data-driven marketing plans across platforms such as Meta, Google Ads, TikTok, and influencer networks. β€’ Drive customer acquisition, retention, and revenue growth through innovative digital strategies. 1. Market Research & Competitive Analysis β€’ Conduct in-depth market research to understand customer behavior, trends, and preferences. β€’ Monitor competitor strategies and identify market opportunities and threats. 1. Campaign Management & Optimization β€’ Plan, execute, and continually optimize paid campaigns. β€’ Manage audience segmentation, ad creatives, bid strategies, and budget allocation. β€’ Continuously test, learn, and iterate to improve performance. 1. Data Analysis & Reporting β€’ Track and analyze key performance metrics using tools such as GA4, Meta Reporting, and Looker Studio. β€’ Provide actionable insights and regular performance reports to stakeholders. β€’ Implement tracking solutions and attribution models across the marketing funnel. 1. Budget Management β€’ Efficiently allocate and manage large-scale marketing budgets across channels. β€’ Ensure optimal spend efficiency and ROI while adhering to financial targets. 1. Cross-Functional Collaboration β€’ Collaborate with design, product, sales, and content teams to ensure cohesive messaging and seamless customer journeys. β€’ Align marketing efforts with company goals and other departmental initiatives. 1. Marketing Technology & Tools β€’ Leverage marketing automation tools and analytical platforms for better campaign execution. β€’ Oversee integration and maintenance of tools such as Shopify, SEMrush, Screaming Frog, etc. 1. Strategic Partnerships & Influencer Marketing β€’ Identify and cultivate strategic partnerships and influencer relationships to drive brand growth and engagement. 1. Trend Monitoring & Innovation β€’ Stay up to date with industry trends, tools, and best practices. β€’ Experiment with emerging technologies and platforms to maintain a competitive edge. Qualifications β€’ Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or a related field. β€’ Minimum 1+ years of experience in a performance marketing role at a B2C company. β€’ Proven experience in managing Meta and Google Ads with measurable results. β€’ Proficiency in English (spoken and written). Skills & Competencies β€’ Deep knowledge of social media and display advertising. β€’ Proficient in platforms and tools: GA4, Looker Studio, Meta Reporting, TikTok Reporting, Shopify, SEMrush, Screaming Frog. β€’ Strong understanding of eCommerce KPIs and funnel optimization. β€’ Analytical mindset with proven data interpretation and A/B testing experience. β€’ Familiarity with SQL and Python is a plus. β€’ Strong SEO understanding: technical, on-page, and content-related. β€’ Experience with multi-brand performance marketing and budget scaling.
