Role description
We are seeking a data-driven, strategic, and creative Performance Marketing specialist to scale our digital marketing efforts across paid search, social media, display, influencer marketing, and more. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in digital advertising, a passion for data analysis, and the ability to collaborate across departments to drive growth and ROI in a multi-brand, B2C environment.
Key Responsibilities
1. Develop and Execute Performance Marketing Strategies
β’ Design and implement data-driven marketing plans across platforms such as Meta, Google Ads, TikTok, and influencer networks.
β’ Drive customer acquisition, retention, and revenue growth through innovative digital strategies.
1. Market Research & Competitive Analysis
β’ Conduct in-depth market research to understand customer behavior, trends, and preferences.
β’ Monitor competitor strategies and identify market opportunities and threats.
1. Campaign Management & Optimization
β’ Plan, execute, and continually optimize paid campaigns.
β’ Manage audience segmentation, ad creatives, bid strategies, and budget allocation.
β’ Continuously test, learn, and iterate to improve performance.
1. Data Analysis & Reporting
β’ Track and analyze key performance metrics using tools such as GA4, Meta Reporting, and Looker Studio.
β’ Provide actionable insights and regular performance reports to stakeholders.

β’ Efficiently allocate and manage large-scale marketing budgets across channels.

Qualifications

β’ Proven experience in managing Meta and Google Ads with measurable results.
β’ Proficiency in English (spoken and written).
Skills & Competencies
β’ Deep knowledge of social media and display advertising.
β’ Proficient in platforms and tools: GA4, Looker Studio, Meta Reporting, TikTok Reporting, Shopify, SEMrush, Screaming Frog.
β’ Strong understanding of eCommerce KPIs and funnel optimization.
β’ Analytical mindset with proven data interpretation and A/B testing experience.
β’ Familiarity with SQL and Python is a plus.
