The Role: We are seeking a dynamic and strategic Product Marketing & Business Development Manager to join our growing team. This pivotal role will bridge our innovative product capabilities with market needs, driving our go-to-market strategy and forging key business relationships to accelerate our growth. The ideal candidate is passionate about the intersection of AI, creativity, and technology, with a proven track record in a B2B SaaS environment. Key Responsibilities: • Go-to-Market Strategy: Develop and execute comprehensive GTM strategies for new Visboom features and products, including market segmentation, positioning, and launch planning. • Product Messaging & Positioning: Create compelling and clear product messaging that resonates with our target audience (fashion brands, e-commerce managers, marketing agencies) and differentiates Visboom from competitors. • Sales Enablement: Equip the sales team with the necessary tools, collateral (e.g., case studies, presentations, product demos), and training to effectively communicate our value proposition and close deals. • Market Intelligence: Conduct continuous market analysis to identify customer needs, key industry trends, and the competitive landscape to inform product development and marketing strategies. • Business Development: Identify and pursue strategic partnerships, collaborations, and new business opportunities to expand our market reach and user base. • Cross-Functional Collaboration: Work closely with product, engineering, and marketing teams to ensure seamless product launches and campaign execution, providing a critical feedback loop from the market. Qualifications: • Required: • 3-5+ years of experience in product marketing, business development, or a related role within a B2B SaaS company. • Demonstrated success in developing and executing go-to-market strategies that drive product adoption and revenue. • Excellent verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to distill complex technical concepts into simple, compelling narratives. • Strong analytical and strategic thinking skills, with a data-driven approach to decision-making. • A self-starter with the ability to thrive in a fast-paced, innovative, and collaborative environment. • Preferred (Bonus Points): • Experience in the Generative AI, Fashion-Tech, or creative software industries. • A strong understanding of the e-commerce and digital marketing ecosystems. • Proven experience in forging and managing strategic partnerships.
